This Legal Notice governs the use of the website at https://monkeymastering.com (the "Site") and of the downloadable software products offered under the MONKEY MASTERING brand (the "Software" or "Product").
Access to the Site is free of charge, except for the cost of the Internet connection borne by the user. The download, purchase, and use of the Software are further governed by the Terms of Sale and the End User License Agreement (EULA) published on the Site.
Access to the Site implies full acceptance of the content of this Legal Notice and of the other binding legal documents. The user agrees to:
The owner reserves the right to withdraw access to the Site, without prior notice, from any user breaching these terms.
All content on the Site — including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, audiovisual and sound content, graphic design, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of MONKEY MASTERING or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property and copyright law.
The MONKEY MASTERING trademark and its graphic elements (logos, iconography, typography, visual identity) are owned by the owner identified in §1. Any unauthorized use — reproduction, distribution, public communication, modification, transformation, or any other form of exploitation — requires the owner's express written consent.
The Software is protected under intellectual property law as a software work and is distributed under a license of use governed by the EULA. Its acquisition does not transfer ownership of the program but a limited right of use. The slogan "NOT A PLUGIN. AN ENGINEER." is owned by MONKEY MASTERING.
The Software incorporates the JUCE Framework (Raw Material Software Ltd.) under the JUCE Personal license (https://juce.com/juce-8-license/), which requires a JUCE splash screen to be displayed at startup. The FFT/STFT algorithms used are public domain. Full detail is in EULA §12 and the THIRDPARTY.md file included with the installer.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes only and do not imply approval, recommendation, or responsibility over the content, services, or practices of the linked sites. The owner is not responsible for content accessed through such links or for any damage that their visit or use may cause.
The owner does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site, which may be temporarily interrupted for technical or maintenance reasons. In no event shall the owner be liable for direct or indirect damages — including loss of profit — arising from:

The processing of personal data that the user may provide through the Site or when purchasing the Software is governed by the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
The Site uses its own cookies and, where applicable, third-party cookies, as described in the Cookies Policy. The user may configure their browser to accept or reject cookies.
The owner reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site. Users are advised to review this Legal Notice periodically.
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply, submit to the Courts of the user's domicile — in accordance with Article 90.2 of the Consolidated Text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) — or, failing that, to the Courts of the owner's domicile.
For non-consumer or professional users, the parties submit to the Courts of the owner's city of domicile.
